Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4

There has been some confusion about the platforms Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be available on later this year. Initially, the official Xbox game page for the new entry in Activision's first-person shooter series did not mention Xbox One as a platform, which caused panic and speculation online. However, an update to the page now includes Xbox One alongside Xbox Series X and S.

According to IGN, the popular gaming website, they have independently confirmed that MW3 will indeed be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This means players who were hoping to play the game on older hardware can rest assured, as it will be available on these platforms.

Activision recently released a new trailer showcasing some in-game footage, giving fans a first look at the game. The official “worldwide reveal” is scheduled for August 17th, where more details and specifics about the game will be shared. The highly anticipated game is set to launch on November 10th.

With the availability of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, players will have the option to choose which platform they prefer to play the upcoming release on.
