Devil Engine: Complete Edition Delayed to November 9

Publisher Beep Japan, developer Poppy Works, and developer Protoculture Games have announced that the side-scrolling shoot 'em up Devil Engine: Complete Edition will be delayed from its original release date of October 12 to November 9. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch.

Devil Engine: Complete Edition is a comprehensive package that includes both the base game and the expansion called “Devil Engine: Ignition.” The base game was initially released for PC via Steam on February 21, 2019.

The expansion, “Devil Engine: Ignition,” was announced in May 2019 with plans for a winter 2019 release on PC, but it did not materialize. However, with the upcoming release of the Complete Edition, it is likely that the expansion will launch for PC via Steam alongside it.

Unfortunately, no specific reason has been provided for the delay of Devil Engine: Complete Edition. Fans of the game will have to wait a bit longer to experience the full package of this intense side-scrolling shoot 'em up.
