Digital Extremes Set to Release Cross Save Progression in Warframe

Warframe players will soon be able to seamlessly continue their gaming journeys across different platforms, as Digital Extremes prepares to launch cross save progression. The highly anticipated feature was revealed during TennoCon 2023 and is expected to be available by the end of the year.

Since 2021, Digital Extremes has been working towards implementing cross save progression in Warframe. The studio initially announced its plans alongside the development of crossplay and a mobile version of the game. Crossplay was successfully rolled out in late 2022, paving the way for cross save.

With cross save progression, players will have the flexibility to access their Warframe accounts on any platform of their choice without losing progress. Whether they started their journey on a console or PC, they will be able to seamlessly transfer their account to another platform.

The introduction of cross save progression is a significant milestone for Warframe enthusiasts, as it provides greater versatility and accessibility to the game. While an exact release date has not been announced, Digital Extremes has assured fans that the feature will be available before the end of 2023.

As players eagerly await the upcoming update, further details are expected to be disclosed soon. Warframe Mobile is also set to launch in 2024, following the release of cross save progression.
