Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Reveals Japanese Voice Cast and Character Illustrations

In a recent Kickstarter backer update for the highly anticipated turn-based JRPG, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the development team announced the Japanese voice cast for seven characters. Additionally, they unveiled the character illustrations for three of those characters for the first time.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes aims to be a tribute to the classic Japanese RPG genre, featuring exploration and battles in high-resolution 2.5D graphics with pixel-based characters, similar to Octopath Traveler. The story will center around war and friendship, introducing a diverse cast of 100 unique heroes to join the quest, reminiscent of Suikoden.

The Japanese voice cast for previously revealed Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes characters includes Hildi (cv: Yoko Hikasa), Lian (cv: Sayaka Senbongi), Mio (cv: Masayo Fujita), and Garr (cv: Hiroya Egashira). In addition, they have now announced the Japanese voice cast and renders for three new characters from Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, namely CJ (cv: Ai Fairouz), Isha (cv: Ai Kakuma), and Garoo (cv: Taro Kiuchi).

For those eagerly awaiting the game's release, it should be noted that Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes has been delayed to Quarter 2 of 2024. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

As development progresses, more updates will be provided to keep fans informed about the game's development and eventual release.
