First Wave of Games Coming to Game Pass in September

Microsoft has unveiled the lineup of games that will be added to Game Pass in September. The popular platform game Celeste is making a comeback to the Game Pass library, followed by the adventure game A Short Hike. Fans of side-scrolling run-and-gun games can look forward to playing Broforce Forever, which will be available on Xbox consoles and Game Pass next week.

Broforce Forever has been a beloved indie game for years, with versions available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. It features playable versions of iconic action movie characters like John Rambo, Indiana Jones, James Bond, Dirty Harry, and more.

In addition to Broforce Forever, two other games will be joining Game Pass in August. Limbo, a popular indie adventure game previously offered through the Games with Gold program, will be available on August 9. Airborne Kingdom, a sky city builder, will be released on August 10. Everspace 2, which is already on PC Game Pass, will be launched on Xbox Series X|S consoles on August 15.

Here is a summary of the games coming to Game Pass in September:

– Celeste (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Available now
– A Short Hike (Cloud, Console, PC) – August 3
– Broforce Forever (Cloud, Console, and PC) – August 8
– Limbo (Cloud, Console, and PC) – August 9
