In the latest update for Forza Horizon 5, Series 25 Summer brings a new theme to the game, with Event Lab 2.0 taking center stage. Alongside this exciting addition, there are new cars, races, challenges, and rewards to explore.

The weekly car challenge for Series 25 is focused on the Lotus Elise Series 1. This iconic car, known for its exceptional handling, can be purchased for 81,000 credits from the Autoshow. The challenge consists of several chapters, including showcasing the car's performance, winning stars at speed traps, defeating a rival ghost, and reaching a speed of 99 mph for 25 seconds. Completing this challenge earns players five points towards the new reward cars available in Series 25.

In addition to the car challenge, Series 25 Summer brings a variety of weekly challenges, championships, PR stunts, and event labs to the game. Players can participate in races, PR stunts, and even a treasure hunt. The Trial for this week features modern supercars with a tuning ceiling of S1 Class 900. The recommended car for this challenge is the Audi R8 V10.

Eventlab 1, titled “Dunas Rallycross Circuit,” requires an A Class 800 Modern Rally or Rally Monster car. The completion of this event rewards players with a Subaru WRX from 2004. Eventlab 2, “Scinaty Part 1 Oval,” tasks players to use an Extreme Track Toy tuned to S2 Class 998. Completing this event grants players a new emote called Kick-ups. Eventlab 3, “Horizon Mexico Rally (Short),” requires the use of a Classic or Retro Rally car tuned to B Class 700. Players who complete this challenge receive a Super Wheelspin.

There are also three speed trap PR stunts, where players must reach specific speeds in a Nissan 240Sx. Completing each PR stunt rewards players with a Super Wheelspin. Lastly, the Seasonal Championship 1, “Y2K,” allows players to choose a car from the 2000s and tune it up to A Class 800. One of the recommended cars is the BMW M3-GTR from 2002.
