Lords of the Fallen Promises a Dark and Challenging Experience on PS5

Lords of the Fallen is shaping up to be an enticing option for players seeking a dark and challenging game on the PS5. With no solid release date yet for Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, this dark fantasy epic offers a satisfying mechanical challenge for those who enjoy it.

The game has been confirmed to include performance and quality modes, which are standard features on the PS5. In a recent interview, executive producer Saul Gasson revealed that the performance mode will run at 60 frames per second with 1080p resolution upscaled. On the other hand, the quality mode will run at 30 frames per second with 2K (1440p) resolution upscaled. Gasson also assured players that even at 60 frames per second, Lords of the Fallen will still look impressive.

Combat in Lords of the Fallen is described as weighty and promises to keep players engaged throughout the game. As the release date approaches on October 13th, players can look forward to a meaty action RPG that will captivate them until the end of 2023.
