Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2023: What to Expect and How to Vote

Mojang's annual Minecraft Live event is just around the corner, and one of the highlights of the show is the Mob Vote. For those unfamiliar with the concept, the Mob Vote is a mini-event where the Minecraft community gets to decide which new mob will be added to the game. This year, three new mobs will be introduced, and players will have the opportunity to cast their votes.

The Mob Vote has been a tradition since 2017, with the winning mob being added to the game in the next update. In previous years, the fanbase has been asked to choose their favorite from a selection of four new mobs. This year, the process remains the same, but with three new mobs to choose from.

So, how can players cast their votes? There are three ways to participate in the Mob Vote. The first is through a special Bedrock Edition server, where players can explore a custom-made map and enjoy mini-games while casting their votes.

The second option is to use the official Minecraft launcher, which will have a dedicated tab for Minecraft Live. Here, players can easily find the voting section and submit their choice.

Finally, the official Minecraft website will also have a section dedicated to the Mob Vote, allowing players to cast their votes directly on the site.

When does the Mob Vote begin? The voting will start on October 13, 2023, at 1 pm EDT. Players will have until October 15, 2023, at 1:15 pm EDT to cast their votes. This gives them 48 hours and 15 minutes to decide on their favorite mob.

Make sure to mark your calendars and get ready to participate in the Mob Vote during Minecraft Live 2023. It's an exciting opportunity to have a say in the future of the game and see which mob will join the Minecraft universe next.
