The Evolution of Victorious Skins in League of Legends

Victorious skins have become iconic in the League of Legends community, representing a player's achievement and skill in ranked seasons. Traditionally, these skins were awarded to players who reached Gold rank during a season. However, in 2023, Riot Games implemented changes to how Victorious skins are earned.

Previously, players had to grind LP to reach Gold rank in order to receive a Victorious skin. But now, players can accumulate “split points” after each game played during a ranked split. This means that even if a player is ranked Iron, Bronze, or Silver, they can still earn the highly coveted Victorious skin.

By allowing players of all ranks to earn Victorious skins, Riot Games has made them more accessible and inclusive. It also encourages players to participate in ranked games and strive to improve their skills. The amount of split points required to earn the Victorious skin is reduced for players who reach Gold rank, providing an incentive for players to aim higher.

The collection of Victorious skins serves as a testament to League of Legends' history and the champions that dominated each season. It showcases the progression of the game and reminds newer players of the potential rewards they can obtain by leveling up their gameplay.

The list of Victorious skins includes iconic champions such as Jarvan IV, Janna, Elise, Morgana, Sivir, Maokai, Graves, Orianna, Aatrox, Lucian, Blitzcrank, and Sejuani. Each skin represents a particular ranked season and adds to the player's collection of prestigious rewards.

The most recent addition to the Victorious skin collection is Victorious Anivia, which was released in the first half of the 2023 ranked season. Players can expect another Victorious skin to be released at the end of the 2023 ranked season.

As League of Legends continues to evolve, so will the collection of Victorious skins. These skins not only showcase a player's achievements but also serve as a constant reminder of the game's history and the rewards that await those who are dedicated and skillful.
