Forza Horizon 5 “Italian Automotive” Update Brings New Cars and Features

Forza Horizon 5 players on Xbox and PC can now enjoy the latest update from Playground Games titled “Italian Automotive.” This major update introduces 23 new cars from popular Italian manufacturers such as Alfa Romeo, Lancia, and Abarth.

The update expands the game's content by doubling the Garage size from 1,000 cars to 2,000 and increasing the number of Tune and Livery slots to 1,000. Players can now earn eight new cars through the Festival Playlist and purchase eight additional cars from the Autoshow. Additionally, there is a new Italian Exotics Car Pack DLC available for purchase, featuring seven high-end Italian cars.

Besides the new car additions, Playground Games has also addressed the long-standing request for more Garage space. The reserved disk space for Forza Horizon 5 game saves has increased to 2GB, while the Autoshow, Car Select screen, Garage, and Auction House have been updated to support more cars and thumbnails. The servers have also been updated to accommodate more cars, liveries, and tunes.

Other features included in the update are a new Italian Automotive Collector Accolade, seven new EventLab props, a new themed Festival Playlist, limited-time Italian automotive billboards, a Boat Piñata collectible in the Evolving World, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

Players can download the “Italian Automotive” update, which is approximately 14.33GB in size on Xbox Series X. With the addition of these new cars, Forza Horizon 5 now boasts a car list of over 700 vehicles.

Forza Horizon 5 continues to be the top choice for Xbox racing enthusiasts and one of the best overall Xbox games. The continuous addition of new cars and features by Playground Games keeps the game fresh and exciting. Fans can also look forward to the release of Forza Motorsport in 2023.
