There are three Delibird Presents stores located in the Paldea region, specifically in the cities of Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, and Levincia. Look for a red storefront with a white Delibird logo to find these stores.
However, if you don't want to spend money on a Thunder Stone, you can also find one in the West Province (Area One) in Paldea. Specifically, you'll find a Thunder Stone on top of one of the windmills in that area. This provides a free option for obtaining a Thunder Stone.
With the Thunder Stone in hand, evolving Nosepass into Probopass becomes a simple and accessible process. The recently released Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, along with The Teal Mask DLC, are available now on the Nintendo Switch.
